Praslova is widely known as a torchbearer in the field of industrial-organizational psychology. With a passion for creating inclusive and empowering work environments, she has dedicated her career to unlocking the potential of neurodivergent individuals.
She is the author of “The Canary Code: A Guide to Neurodiversity, Dignity and Intersectional Belonging at Work,” and she serves as the editor of “Evidence-Based Organizational Practices for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity.” She regularly contributes to the Harvard Business Review and Fast Company.
Praslova serves as a professor of psychology at Vanguard University where she teaches graduate students in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to create healthy dignity-focused work environments. As a consultant, Praslova provides neuroinclusion training and support to organizations like Amazon, Bank of America, and MIT.
